We stock all 4 popular sizes in both 80 degree and 110 degree spray angles to give you the ability to dial in exactly the flow, angle and volume you need. Most contractors consider the 02-yellow and 05-brown tips to be their standard go-to for most applications such as deck stain, paver sealers and water-repellents, but for applying acetone dyes or for more detailed work they often drop down to the 01-orange tip for the ultimate in precision. Likewise, larger jobs or thicker products may require a larger size tip to achieve to the coverage you need. See the Flow Chart below for GPM flow rates for each tip. (most professional pump-up sprayers typically operate at approximately 40 psi at full pressure)

0.1 gpm = Orange
0.2 gpm = Yellow
0.5 gpm = Brown
0.8 gpm = White
