Orders for REGULARLY STOCKED PRODUCTS that HAVE NOT YET SHIPPED can be cancelled at any time. Simply click "Messages" from your account dashboard and let us know you would like to cancel your order. You may also Contact Us and we'll be glad to help you with cancelling your order.
Orders that have already shipped CANNOT BE CANCELED. Orders that have already shipped must be processed as a return or exchange.
Although we make every attempt to package your order as securely as possible, we know damage happens.

RETURN POLICY: We will gladly take returns of any un-opened, un-used and un-damaged regularly stocked products. Special order, colored or tinted products cannot be returned. Products must be in original packaging and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds do not include original shipping costs and are limited to 15 days after delivery date. Refunds will be less 15% for re-stocking and to cover original packaging costs. Exchanges and / or store credit can be issued for 100% of the original product cost for up to 30 days after delivery date. Exchanges or store credit will not be issued for original shipping or delivery costs. All products, tools and / or equipment purchased at contractor pricing or on net 30 credit accounts are only eligible for return as exchange or store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Customers may arrange for their own return shipping or Contact Us and we'll be glad to help with the arrangements.
Although we make every effort to ship all orders as soon as possible, shipping delays are sometimes inevitable due to damage during shipping, product availability, weather conditions, holiday schedules and other factors. Estimated shipping, transit and arrival dates and times generated by the shipping carrier are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Cold Weather Delays
Water-based products WILL experience shipping delays during cold weather months! If temperatures are forecast to drop below freezing at any point on the product's journey, we will hold your order until a safe shipping window opens. We monitor and evaluate these conditions everyday and will ship your order as soon as safely possible.
It is an understatement to say the last two years have been a challenge when it comes to inventory and supply chain stability. We do our best to keep up with the demand for popular items however, order delays can happen unexpectedly for a variety of reasons.
