Description
ACID NEUTRALIZER
Balance is a special blend of neutralizing agents and specialty additives, specifically designed to neutralize acids and restore proper pH to surfaces that have been exposed to acids. Balance neutralizes residues left from acid based stains and other acid based products commonly used for cleaning or etching concrete and masonry surfaces. A neutral pH surface is required for almost all coatings or sealers to properly adhere to the substrate. Balance also contains a special additive which not only results in excellent coating adhesion, but enhances color development on acid stain applications.
Acids and acid residues can be extremely damaging to concrete and many other surfaces if not properly neutralized. Balance should be used to neutralize any surface you have applied any acidic cleaner to, especially if you plan to apply any type of sealer, coating or water-repellent.

Application Instructions
1. Mix solution well before using.
