CONCRETE EVAPORATION RETARDANT AND FINISHING AID
Surf-Film is a concentrated, water-based evaporation reducer and finishing aid for concrete flatwork. Surf-Film slows surface evaporation, allowing additional working time in windy, hot or dry conditions. Surf-Film also forms a lubricating barrier between finishing tools and the wet concrete, reducing friction, extending tool life and reducing the need for additional water during the finishing process.
Surf Film is non-flammable and low odor, making it perfect for both interior and exterior projects.

Mixing
Surf-Film Concentrate is a concentrated formula that should be diluted prior to application. Dilute 1:11 with clean water prior to use.
Coverage Rates
First Coat : 200 - 400 ft² per gallon*
Optional Second Coat : 200 - 400 ft² per gallon*
*Coverage rates may vary depending upon surface porosity, texture, and application method.
Application Instructions
Apply diluted Surf-Film concentrate with a pump-up garden sprayer or power sprayer. A fan tip of 0.010-0.018 is recommended. Spray a fine mist onto the surface of plastic concrete, preferably on the bleed water. Avoid applying Surf-Film in excessive quantities or creating puddles. Treated areas are easily distinguished by a fugitive dye. Once the surface has dried, the color will disappear.
For dry shake applications, diluted Surf-Film Concentrate may be applied to the surface before and after the material is spread onto the surface. Do not apply Surf-Film once the dry shake begins the initial set.
PLEASE NOTE: It is always recommended to test the product in a small, inconspicuous area (on the same concrete substrate) for desired results prior to application.
